Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Foreclosure Law

In response to a Foreclosure law suit,

I filed a motion to dimiss. It has been

over 20 days since the motion was

filed and there has been no response

from the banks attorneys.

Where does that leave the case?

The motion to dismiss was based on

the fact that we were in a

forbearance program and then had

were working on re-ammortizing the

loan or adding the arrears to the end,

due to a court mis-file, they did not

receive paperwork on time. I have

paperwork stating that as soon as

the court file is received by them,

they will continue the work out. At

which time they did not continue our

work out plan and stopped

communication
