Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm in foreclosure . . . my trial is 4/21/15 . . .I,d like to stay in the home.

So I'm contemplating a Chapter 13 . . .wanted to know if if I should file before the trial vs filing before the sale date

I know after the sale date they can file for a defeciency

Not a huge deal. Try to do mortgage mediation. As long as u file before sale it must be stopped
