HOA problems
When I bought my property, in 2001 nothing was mention that my daughter and children could not live with me, she has lived with me from day one now assocation is trying to make me put her on the streets. Someone suggested filing a quick claim deed, so she would be part owner. Developer knew she would be living with me, nothing was said at or before closing was single family, also 50% of residents are couples and other family members living together, I was the only one served with an infraction. I have no money to fight the assocation in court or by no other means and then assocation knows this. Please any advice you can render will help me. Will a quick claim deed work, if not aam open for suggestions.

Suggest you read your HOA documents as to who can live there.
