Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I hold the mortgage, boyfriend and I hold deed. I want to keep home and he won't let me. What do I do? His parents gave a gift and I want to sell and they won't let me. They insist of taking over the mortgage. What legal rights do I have on keeping the home?

You can bring an action for partition in the circuit court of your county with an eye, not toward selling the property, but toward getting the interests of the parties determined by the court. You will probably be required to attend mediation and will probably settle the issues prior to trial.
