If an individual who is a joint owner in a FL property (with another - not the wife - and with the title held in joint tenancy with right of survivorship) dies while married, does the widow have any right to his portion of the property?

The property passes to the survivor upon death, assuming it is not homestead. the widow would not have any interest if she was not the joint tenant.
