Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

land

my mother and I both own some land. Our names are both on this land. This land is bought and paid for it has been in the family for years. Can she seel or put atralior on the land with out my permision? I want her name off the land and i can not buy her out at this time, is there another way of doing that? Thank you so much!
