Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a lawsuit against me for my parents home, they passed away 2/3 years ago. The bank is calling me a trustee for this property and I am not. I am not sure where they got my name from. I don't know what to do, please help.

Does the home have insurance? If so, call them. If not , call me as I handle these type matters. Did your parents estate go to probate? Good luck.
