I live in a townhouse and my neighbor said she had water damage from water coming from one of our shared walls. Am i responsible for damage

If it occurred due to a problem from your unit, than you can be responsible. Notify your insurance company AND any homeowner's association so they can notify their insurance company and proper investigation can be done by all. Hire an attorney to assist you through the process.
