my mom owned a house in Jacksonville Fla my brother talked me and my sister into right of survivorship my mom passed away and my brother lives in the house and it is like my sister and i have no rights with the house how can my sister and i do away with rights of survivorship so it can be in common

If it was held by them " jointly with right of survivorship", the survivor owns it.

Mr. Slater is correct. if the property was owned by mom and your brother in survivorship mode, then on her death he owned the house. You had no rights as of that moment. you had no rights to it once the deed passing it to your mom and brother was executed and recorded
