Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Money held at closing

We sold our house and during the final walk through our household goods were not completely removed. We agreed to put $10,000 in escrow to esure no damage was done by the movers. We are being sued for the $10,000 by the buyers for items they discovered after the closing not done by the moving out.

Re: Money held at closing

The $10,000.00 left in escrow was to make sure no damage was done by the movers? right- Did you see or are you aware of any damage the movers caused to the house in any way? When you receive this send this info to my e-mail address(They need a legally sound claim against you for damages to recover any money from you)
