How much notice must a landlord give the tenant for a rent increase in Florida that has year to year lease?When does the tenant have to start paying the increase?

There is no set time in the statute. However, to give them enough time to respond to you so you know how to proceed, I would give at least 30 days. Have them sign a renewal under all the other terms of the original written lease.

There is no time frame in the Statutes. The lease may control these terms and should be reviewed.
