ouit claim deed

i bought a lot from e bay for 20000 doll. i found out later it has a code eforcement lien on it for 50000 doll.i did not check the property out before buying it i am not exprience on this matter i got a quit claim deed on it i know now it is harder to fight this but i ask the corperate office that sold this to me if they where any liens on the lot they said not that they where aware of i did some serchine fount out they did know about it i have proof of it on paper from the city of sarssota code inf. they recievd this citation last year if you can help please reply i will call you or what ever i need to do thank you bill

I am not sure what paper work you signed or have in your posession, but if you can show that you asked them whether there were any liens and prove that they told you there were none prior to your puchasing the lot, then you may be able to make out a case for "Fraud in the Inducement" to rescind (i.e. undo) the transaction. But you are right, it is not easy.
