Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hi. What I can do if I am past due on my home owner association and they want to put a lien on my property and put on a forclousure to get there money. I want to pay but I don't have the full amount and they attorney want to put me on forclusure. What I can do? This is in Florida

Pay the amount owed. Find out how much it is and try to negotiate a lesser amount, then pay it.
