two people owning a condo

i lived with a man for 22 years we bought a condo together 5 years ago 1 year ago i left because of medical problems i still own and my name is on the mortgage of this condo the man has changed the locks my furniture is still in there i am wanting to put the condo on the market to sell and split the difference or let him buy my part of the condo.. what are my options. thank you

Any property co-owned by two or more people can be sold in a forced sale called "partition". Have your attorney write him a letter explaining the costs and other problems that would develop if your co-owner refuses to buy you out or sell on the open market. Also have him demand return of your personal property immediately!
