Can be Quit claim deed to be notarized outside the Country? Lets say it is signed but notary stamp not in English? Property located in Florida. Does any legal translation should be attached to the signed deed. No power of attorney was involved and the deed was notarized by a none USA Notary. It can be notarized outside the US by an authorized person. This is a bit tricky on who is authorized. Best bet is at the US Consulate.

If it is not in english, it must be translated into english. Again quite tricky. You need an attorney to set this up correctly.
