Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Is a rental agreement legal or binding after it has been faxed?

Is a rental agreement binding after it has been faxed? There are 3 tenants listed on the agreement. The first listed was with the landlord at the time of the signing. After she signed they faxed it to myself and my fiancee, we signed it and faxed it back. Is this still a legal or binding contract?

A rental agreement is effective once signed by both parties unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Faxing or Mailing is irrelevant unless you are making an Offer to Rent.
