requesting a domestic partner to move from premises

I have let my domestic partner move in my home, with the agreement of a fixed rent to be paid, this was to begin on september 01, 2000, and as of to date no rent has been paid and the relationship has been disolved. my former domestic partner refuses to move. how do i get him to move out on his own.

Since you have an agreement for rent and that rent is not being paid, then you have an action for an Eviction. That type of action is usually filed in Small Claims Court and should not be expensive to handle.
