Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

retain full ownership while adding someone to title of moble home

I have enheratied a moble home and want to allow my mother-in-law to live there. The land is leased and renting is not allowed. The management requires title to show ownership by person residing in the moble home. How can Iput my mother-in-law on the title and I retain full onership, now and upon her death.

You cannot. By placing your mother-in-law's name on the title to the mobile home, you are giving her partial ownership. Once you give away partial ownership, you no longer can "retain full ownership".
