Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We signed a warranty deed for a property that we moved into in 12/09. The grantor signed the deed to us and deliveried to their title company. From the looks of it they signed the house over to us. Can you tell me what makes the deed legal.

Do you have any reason to believe the the deed is NOT legal?

There are basic requirements for a deed in Florida: original signatures of the grantor, signatures of 2 disinterested witnesses to signature of the grantor, notary acknowledgement of the grantor signatures, and a sufficient legal description of the property.
