If I add my son to my warranty deed
to a realestate property that I own
by myself-if his car insurance is being
sued-can I be sued also,just because

Re: Warranty deed
I'm assuming he's being sued over a car wreck. If you had nothing to do with the wreck and your name wasn't on the car, you can't be successfully sued just because you co-own property. Of course, if your son loses (and the judgment is for more than the insurance company has to pay), the real estate may end up with a lien or even be taken and sold for the judgment.
