Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Warranty Deed

3 years ago via a warranty deed my ex-wife & her husband agreed to assume the mortgage and taxes for the home and property that I orginally won in the divorce. She's not making the payments on time nor is she agreeing to refinance. Is there anyway that I can legally force her to refinance?

Re: Warranty Deed

according to you info your ex-wife and her(new)husband ageed to assume(does this mean pay)A mortgage on the property(you won?-if you were awarded

the property as part of the divorce-why are you obligated to pay the mortgage? If the final judgement(including the marital settlement agreement) obligated her to make the payments-you can enforce it in court via contempt. However, to answer yor question I will need for you to e-mail the final judgement(msa)etc to my e-mail adress.I look forward to hearing from you.
