Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I will lose my home in a foreclosure sale. I have not paid the property tax in two years. The mortgage debt will be discharged in a chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Who is responsible for the overdue taxes, me or the bank?

Anything over 1 year should be discharged. You will be responsible for the rest.
