Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Employment harrasment/wrongful termination

If I have signed a release for serverance pay and I have not cashed the check, can i still take any legal action for sexual harrassment,wrongful termination, and/or defimation. I was in shock when I signed the release as I had no indication I was being let go.

You might be able to revoke your release if you return the severance payments. Normally there is a time period in your severance agreement in which you can revoke it. Call or e-mail me if you have furhter questions.
