Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Rights

If I have been accused of sexual harrassment, am I entitled to know who done the accusing or at least exactly what was said or done that was suppose to be inapropriate? My boss spoke to me and informed me that there were complaints but I want to know what exactly was suppose to have been said.

Re: Rights

The workplace is not a court of law and at this point you do not have a right "to know who done the accusing." In fact, maybe it is best you not know and that way no one can accuse you of retaliating against what ever employee did complain about you. More than knowing exactly what was said, better to focus on actions you can take to prevent anyone making such complaints in the future. I trust that was your boss spoke to you about.
