Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Sexual blackmail for signing proof of income

Recently was surprise with divorce after 20 yr. marriage and was forced to find place to live. Needed proof of temporary alimony and proof of income from employer in order to move into apt. Had 3 days to accomplish this. Asked boss to verify and sign statement proving income, he asked me to come back at closing time to further discuss. I did. He indicated by fondling that he expected something in return for his signature. He has since threatened to lay me off if i do not give sexual favors. I believe I can get another women who was harrassed to testify.

Re: Sexual blackmail for signing proof of income

This is a classic case of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation.

Suggest you consult an attorney in your state who handles these cases. Frequently they are taken on a contingency fee basis.

Hope this helps.
