Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida
can somthing still be done about the harassment?
I worked for a distrabuiont co.after about a month my boss started to make little comments to me like saying he thought i was trouble in a joking way and when i said whatever he said he would spank my a**. then things like grabbing his private area and looking directly at me when i said that was wrong and he better not do it again he laughed and said ''oh i have crabs'', other remarks were made as well. I quit my job because he was making me misseriable can i still do something about this? It is driving me crazy. thank you

You can still file a complaint with the EEOC for up to a year after you left and can allege sexual harassment, although I think that you probably need more for a legal claim of hostile work environment then what you have set forth. Much of the recent case law requirs actually touching on many occasions. Feel free to call or e-mail me with further questions.
