Legal Question in Tax Law in Florida

My accountant lied when he prepare my taxes with out me knownig . because of this now i getting audit and was told i have to pay money back. what can i do?

You don't state what lie was told by the accountant. Therefore, it is impossible to analyze your question. If he/she committed an error, then they may be liable for any penalties and interest that you have to pay the IRS. In rare situations, they might also be liable for the tax, but that would be unusual. The only way to determine this is to meet with another tax professional, most likely an attorney.
