Legal Question
unfiled income tax return for 1998
never sent in last year,s tax form as we owed over 5000.oo and do not have the money
to pay I cashed in a 401k and 10% was taken out.I thought over 55 I did not have to pay anymore taxes on it. What should I do? We have no money.
