Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I am being accussed for leaving the scene of an accident, I did not feel any pressure to my vehicle or did not see any damage to my vehicle but recently before this incident I had a previous car accident that damaged my front bumper and I have a police report for it. Well the person that i supposely hit is saying that I did a hit and run and I now have a court date, how can I go about proving that I am not guilty?

It is not your burden to prove yourself not guilty but the state's burden to prove your guilt. You really need an attorney who can act as your mouthpiece and find out your defenses for court. There could be a lot of reasons that they may have wrongly charged you but you need an attorney to investigate those reasons. Don't delay and get yourself some legal assistance.
