i have been caught driving as a hibutial driving with suspended license. how much jail time willl i get? i have no other charges never been in trouble exept for dwlsr

It depends on if you are being charged as a felony or misdemeanor. If you have had 2 prior driving on suspended charges, then this is probably a felony and thus punishable by up to 5 years prison. Even if only a misdemeanor, you face one year in jail. You should talk to an attorney about your case in more detail so that you have a better idea of what you are facing.
