Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was cited for having obstructed license plate in broward county Florida, because I had a clear cover over license plate. Is this a moving or non moving violation? I cannot find the answer and office could not tell me.

Fla. Stat. 320.061 is a moving violation involving points. However, if your cover was clear I believe you have a defense. I've haven't had that exact issue in a while but if I recall I've gotten or seen cases dismissed because of the charge you received. You should hire an attorney or pay an attorney on here to look it up for you.
