Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
a friend was in a accident with a tree on a rainy night, friends that were following took her to the hospital. police came and she received a reckless driving ticket. can she be charged with anything else such as dwi/leaving the scene/etc... if it wasn't on the signed ticket she received that night in the emergency room.

Yes it is possible to be charged even though her friends took her to the hospital. Chances are a blood test was taken and they will use that against her. I strongly suggest she speak with an attorney immediately.
