Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

New License in New State

Where to start. I am recently separated. My NYS license is still in my married name as per my lawyer until the divorce. I never changed my social security card. That is is my maiden name. I am now moving to Florida and would like to apply for a license in my maiden name. What documents will I need to do that and is it even possible?
