Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I was recently pulled over by a city cop for supposedly turning right on red without stopping. The officer some how put someone elses information on the ticket. All of the vehicle information is correct, but the violator info is someone totally different. Do I still have to pay this ticket and is it going to get back to me if I dont? It seems as though I could go to court and tell the judge that the officer couldnt even get my name right on the ticket, how is he going to see me from a block away turning right on red without stopping. Please email me back on this. Thanks!

The officer has the right to "fix" this before the hearing. However, if you hire an attorney then you won't have to go to court and the officer won't have a chance to cross examine you. I suggest you get an attorney to help you fight this right away.
