Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Scenario: I am at stop light and leave a driveway unblocked. A car pulls out of driveway and is hit by car from the other lane. My husband says i can be sited for allowing that car to cross. Would you tell me if that is the case?

Of course there could be more facts I'm missing, but if you're legally sitting at a red light and not blocking cross traffic, then you can not be cited for anything.
