Re: 12 years of marriage

This can get complicated and you should see a lawyer. Generally speaking, he has control over the property that he brought to the marriage and he can do what he wants with it. In Florida, though, a wife is entitled to an amount and a percentage of the estate upon a Husband's death regardless of what the will says (with rare exceptions). You should sit down with a probate attorney to get this explained to you so you know how to best protect yourself. Do not delay.
