Clerk of Court records encompasses many documents and you don't specify what you need. Probate and Guardianship files are not open to the public and you cannot access documents in them. Your physical status and location is irrelevant. If there are documents you want, you can write to the Clerk and request them and pay for them OR there may be a online request form you can complete. Call the Clerk's office.

Some counties in Florida have made their court and clerk records available online to the general public, you just have to go the individual Clerk of Court website for the county you need. Depending on the type of case, the age of the case, and the clerks office some documents may be able to be viewed and printed off from your computer. However, some counties limit the access and some counties don't have documents available in electronic form at all. If you can't find what you are looking for online at the Clerk's website a call to the Clerk's office should help you find out what you need to do in order to get records.

If you are a party to the case you should be receiving copies of everything filed already.
