Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

adult children

wills for divorced (not married) person with adult children, I want to leave my girlfriend my primary residence and the household contents. We have been living together for a long time but she is not on the title to the house. Article III Disposition on property there is only a place to leave it to one of my children. How do I go about leaving it to someone other then my children?
