Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My cousin just passed away and did not have a will. His sister is in charge of his funeral. In his bank account there is enough money for the funeral but how does she gain access to his account to pay for funeral?

Show the funeral home the bank
Info and then they have a priority claim in the estate
