An Executor, or as it is called in Florida, a Personal Representative, is the person appointed by the court to adminster the estate of a decedent. They hire the legal advisor, and can hire or delegate others to hire personnel as needed. They are personally liable to make resolve issues of administration.

They are paid pursant to Florida Statute. Basically its 3% of the gross value if between $100,000 and $1,000,000. The percentage goes lower as the gross value goes up.

If there is anything else I can do, please let me know.
