Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Executrix was dismissed and estate closed with a "note" stating that what was supposed to be divided between me and the executrix would be disbursed at a later date. Two months later, nothing disbursed and executrix (sister) is nowhere to be found. Atty says she does not respond to his calls or emails. This was all handled in Mississippi and I live in Florida. All I know, is I received the papers showing the estate had been closed and the executrix would be trusted to do the right thing later. The fact that she is not accepting calls and not responding to emails does not make her look good. The atty keeps asking I give him time to figure out what to do. Something is wrong.
