My father died recently in England . He owned a home in the USA outright no mortgage with my sister, and a home in the UK with my mother outright no mortgage.

His estate in England is now in probate can you tell me how we go about probate here in the USA, who do we inform etc, and pensions that were due to him, does my mother recieve this? as much as I know he only had one bank account here in the Usa, is an American citizen but resided in the UK.
