Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father paid for all his funeral expenses years ago. Family couldn't get important papers & had to pay for all expenses again. Funeral Home is no help. Where are contracts archived? Thanks. Carol Dooley

If your father paid for the funeral expenses then the funeral home would have that information. If they deny then I suggest you look for the deed plot where he was to be buried - who did he purchase that from. then go back in his papers andlook for payments to funeralhome.
