Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Father passed away and company he worked for delaying 401k

My father left his 401k to my brothers, sister and I. The company he worked for has to sign the documents before they can be sent to the plan administrator. They have been totally uncooperative and rude. Is there a time frame? Is there anything that can be done? What about if it decreases in value because they are ''dragging their feet''. Thanks for any help you can give.

Have your attorney write them a letter.
