florida will

Is it legal to hand write a will and have it signed at a notary in the state of florida? And are there any specifics as to what should be included?

Re: florida will

It is not illegal to do that. However, it will NOT be valid. I recommend you have it done correctly by an attorney. Or at least go on the internet to search for the requirements of a valid will.

Hand written wills are valid, but it must comply with all the requirenments of law. You should see a lawyer or a service for the will, though, just to be safe. They are not at all expensive these days.
