Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My grandparents passed away two years ago. They left my three brothers and I forty thousand dollars a piece in a trust with a stipulation we must use it towards our college education, ten thousand a year for four years. My mother is the executor and now that im enrolled in school she is saying the money is tied up or has been spent. She has been to Europe three times in the past two years and i am suspicious she is wrongfully spending my brothers and my inheritance. How do I acquire about the money? What is my next step?

Assuming that the trust was created by a will and it was probated in Florida, then you need to hire a Florida attorney to pursue the answers that you want. Even if the will was an intervivos trust you need an attorney to properly pursue the matter. Your suspicions dont rise to the level of any moment, but you certainly are entitled to some accounting to show how the money was invested and spent.
