Home in Trust

My father passed away 3 weeks he owns a home the deed has his name on it but we have a trust that says it goes to my sister what do I do? Do I need to file it with the state of Florida so it does not go to probate if so how do I go about doing this? Thank you

If the home was in his name and not held in the trust you will have to go through probate. If he had a "pour over will" it will go to the trust, if he had a regular will it will go where that will dictates and if no will under the rules of the state.
