iI LIVE IN FLORIDA AND HAVE PURCHASED A BLANK WILL FORM FROM A PRINTING COMPANY, HOW HARD IS IT TI FILL OUT AND IT IS LEGAL IF NOTORIZED, CORRECT??, I AM SINGLE, AND IT ALL GOES TO MYONE DAUGHTER

I cannot tell you "it will be okay." It might be okay, but I have no idea what piece of paper you have in your hands. If your daughter is your only heir, then your estate passes to her intestate (i.e. without a will) anyway. You should see a lawyer to resolve any complicated issues involving your estate.

These kinds of wills are ify at best. Ms. Grosse is correct in that your daughter will inherit intestate (without a will). However, if you would like to do this properly because there is the matter of guardianship of your daughter when you pass - i.e. if the mother is still living she will have guardianship depending on her current situation - you need to speak to an attorney.
