Liveing Trusts

If I fill out a Liveing Trust Form from Quickens Lawyer Software, and I should then die, will that form be legal and prevent my children from going through probation?

Re: Liveing Trusts

If you properly prepare the living trust form, sign it, and transfer enough of your assets to the trust so that you do not have enough property outside the trust that would require your estate to be probated, then you will have properly used the trust. If you are not clear on what to do, you are advised to consult an experienced attorney in your local area. Many people fail to prepare the trust as required or fail to transfer property, such as real estate, investment accounts, business property, etc. into the trust which renders the trust a waste.
