Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My mother passed away without a will. My 3 sisters and I retained a lawyer and had her house put in all 4 of our names. If I pass away before we sell will my son receive my 1/4th of the house?

That depends on what the Deed states, ie tenants in common or joint tenants with the right of survivorship. In this specific matter, it is the Deed that controls not a will. I would check the wording on the Deed to ensure that your share of the property goes to your son.
